John Benitez, Esq. has enjoyed serving select legal clients for many years. Beginning in 1984, John served clients through The Benitez Professional Corporation - Attorneys for approximately twenty years and then joined Moye White, LLP as Of-Counsel. As Of-Counsel, John continued his focus on U.S. and cross-border commercial matters with an emphasis in commercial real estate (Section 1031 Exchanges), corporate, finance, executive employment, partnership and related negotiations. In December of 2013 John elected to independently serve select legal clients in U.S. and international commercial matters through Benitez Legal(tm).
